CINet 2.0 (“CINet”) has established this privacy policy (this “Privacy Policy”) to demonstrate our commitment to your privacy and the protection of your information. Our safeguards include the use of security software and encryption protocols and involve physical, technical and procedural controls to protect information behind our firewall.
While CINet 2.0 strives to put in place all commercially reasonable measures required to protect and ensure the confidentiality of your Personal Information, no method of transmission of Personal Information, including the ones on the Internet, is completely secure. Hence, CINet cannot guarantee the absolute security of such Personal Information. CINet 2.0 will not be liable for disclosures of your Personal Information due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts of third parties.
What information do we collect?
Once you give us your Personal Information, you are not anonymous to us. If you choose to use our Web Site or to receive emails from us, we may require you to provide contact and identity information, billing information, shipping information and other Personal Information as indicated on the forms throughout Web Site. Our website may contain links to other sites created and maintained by other public and/or private sector organizations. We provide these links solely for your information and convenience. When you link to an outside website, you are leaving our website and our information management policies no longer apply. CINet 2.0 will make reasonable efforts to make the changes you have requested, but it is not always possible to modify database information. In addition, if the information you have given CINet 2.0 has already been passed on to third parties, CINet 2.0 will not be able to make any changes to it. In some circumstances, such as to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, and enforce our Terms of Use the information you have requested be removed will be retained by CINet 2.0 in our files. Further, such prior information is never completely removed from our databases due to technical constraints and the fact that we back up our systems. Therefore, you should not expect that all your Personal Information will be completely removed from our databases in response to your requests. We retain databases, storage and other backups for a minimum of seven years to comply with other applicable laws.
How can you remove yourself from our list?
Each email you receive from us will include a link to automatically unsubscribe to our email list. If you have received unwanted, unsolicited email allegedly sent via this system, please forward a copy of the email with your comments to [email protected] for review or request to unsubscribe.
